Samples prove finish, fit, and packing before you commit to volume. For custom or safety-critical parts, skip this step at your own risk.

Say whether the sample must match production tooling or is a hand-built prototype. Those are different costs and lead times.

Agree who pays freight for the sample and whether sample cost credits against the first production order.

Send measured feedback once, in writing. A photo dump without dimensions rarely produces a second usable sample.
