Vague enquiries burn days. A clear brief helps a verified manufacturer reply with a usable quote instead of a list of questions.

Include: part name or drawing reference, material or grade, quantity (trial and annual), destination country, target delivery window, and any certification or packing needs.

Photos help when drawings are incomplete. Say whether you need samples first. State preferred Incoterm if you already know it (FOB / CIF).
