How to compare quotes from Indian suppliers
Normalize price, lead time, MOQ, and risk so you are not comparing different offers side by side by accident.
Ask every supplier the same questions: unit price at your quantity, tooling or setup fees, lead time after PO, payment terms, and what is included in Incoterms.
Cheapest unit price often hides higher MOQ, longer lead time, or weaker packing. Write those columns down before you decide.
Prefer manufacturers with a clear legal identity and a verified listing. Registry IDs and business-domain email stay private on Blueship, but staff check them before publish.
For critical parts, budget a sample or first-article check before you scale the PO.
