Terms of Service
Rules for the public site, manufacturer portal, and buyer enquiry forms.
These Terms govern use of Blueship & Co ("we", "Blueship") websites and APIs operated from Chennai, India. By creating an account, submitting a listing, or sending an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
What Blueship is
Blueship is a verified industrial manufacturer directory and sourcing support service. We do not manufacture goods, take title to inventory, or guarantee transactions between buyers and manufacturers. Rank / Spotlight placement is based on verification seniority unless we announce paid spots later.
Manufacturer accounts
You must provide accurate company and registry information. Uploaded documents must be yours or shared with authority. Listings go live only after staff verification. You must not impersonate another business, upload malware, or spam buyers. We may reject, suspend, or remove listings that fail verification or violate these Terms.
Buyer enquiries
Enquiry forms route messages to Blueship and the manufacturer. You agree to use real contact details and not abuse the form for advertising or scraping. Manufacturers remain responsible for how they respond to enquiries.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, reverse-engineer private APIs beyond normal browser use, or use Blueship data for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping of private portal or document endpoints is prohibited.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and Blueship content belong to us. Manufacturer profile content remains theirs; by publishing they grant Blueship a license to display it for the directory and marketing the listing.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Blueship is not liable for supplier performance, product quality, payment disputes, or downtime. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the free directory service is limited to INR 5,000.
Account deletion
Email contact@blueshipandco.com to request account or listing deletion. We may retain limited records needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or completed enquiry trails as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes affecting manufacturers will be noted by email when practical.
